Notes

Additional reports required upon request of Partnership, NCPC, Legislators, or State Auditors
Funding of all activities are subject to the availability of funds. Funding can be reduced or curtailed depending on availability of funds and the North Carolina State Legislators.
Approval by Board does not constitute authority to spend funds for the upcoming fiscal year. A contract between the North Carolina Partnership for Children and SCECP must exist prior to contract with Direct Service Provider.
Each Direct Service Provider will undergo both programmatic and fiscal monitoring.
