The evaluation process involves collecting data, maintaining a database, contract monitoring and compiling the quarterly and final reports.

 Through the evaluation process, the specific project goals and objectives can be monitored continuously during the year. The evaluation process allows our partnership the opportunity to collect data from each direct service provider and assist them with any need that may be specific to their project. Through contract monitoring, we can assure that direct service providers are using their Smart Start funds in the most efficient ways to meet the goals outlined in their project proposals.

 

Without evaluation, we do not know if we are moving in the right direction.
